Dr. Sean Maguire
Dr. Sean Maguire grew up in the Southwest and graduated from Washington University in St. Louis. He attended University of Louisville School of Medicine where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1991. While in medical school he was awarded The Merck Manual prize for academic achievement, the George Udhe award in head and neck surgery and he was elected into Alpha Omega Alpha, the prestigious medical honor society.
Dr. Maguire completed a residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at University of Louisville, becoming chief resident in 1996 and was board certified in that specialty in 1997. He completed a residency in Plastic, Reconstructive and Hand Surgery at University of Cincinnati in 1998, passing both written and oral board exams in 2002. In 2002 Dr. Maguire did a fellowship in aesthetic and laser surgery with Dr. S. Larry Schlesinger in Maui, Hawaii.
In addition to extensive clinical experience in plastic surgery, Dr. Maguire has written extensively, publishing numerous scientific articles, book chapters and research papers. Most recently he contributed to important research on face transplantation with University of Louisville School of Medicine scientists.
Dr. Maguire has a passion for aesthetic plastic surgery with special expertise in non-invasive cosmetic treatments including Botox, dermal fillers and laser surgery. He is certified by Allergan as a Platinum-Plus provider of Botox and he is on the national speaker’s panel for SkinMedica.
Jolene Boswell
Jolene H. Boswell PA-C graduated from Millikin University and attended graduate school at St Louis University where she completed the Physician Assistant Medical Science degree in 1985. She has been in practice since that time; her most recent position was with an ENT Head and Neck surgical practice for twelve years. She brings an excellent knowledge of the facial structures to our practice and has completed numerous seminars and accredited workshops to perform facial sculpting inclusive of Botox / Dysport, dermal fillers, and lasers.For the past four years Ms. Boswell has been the Director of Hormone Solutions Naturally, providing bioidentical hormone therapy replacement to both men and women. She is trained and certified by Dr. Gino Tutera who is the founder of the Sottopelle hormone replacement therapy method and is the sole provider of this method in Kentucky. She is committed to helping people look their best as well as feel their best.
Marilyn Cannon
Marilyn has been an innovator in the health, wellness and medical spa business for over 25 years. Her passion for approaching slowing the aging process from the inside out, led her to establishing the first comprehensive Medical Spa in Louisville. Marilyn believes that beautiful skin starts from within, with good nutrition, exercise and plenty of pure water. However, with the wonderful medical grade products and services that Physician’s Center for Beauty offers, we can correct past damage and direct a program that will help you achieve the beautiful skin that you imagine. Marilyn will act as your “personal trainer” for your skin. Unique to PCB, Marilyn will not only make recommendations for your skin needs, but will follow you throughout the process to make sure you achieve your best results.
Connie Keen
Connie is a licensed aesthetician. She is able to perform chemical peels, face waxing, microdermabrasions, facials, intense pulse light treatments. Her special interest is in the Exilis, which tightens the skin and reduces fat. Connie also has a passion for the art of brow shaping.
Jennifer Bell
Jennifer has been an aestheticvian since 2003. She focuses on delivering the most advanced skin care treatments with a gentle and caring touch. Jennifer is passionate about customizing every treatment to meet the client’s specific goals. Her expertise include eyebrow design, make-up application, waxing, chemical peels, laser hair removal, intense pulse light treatment, lash and brow tinting facials, and body treatments.
Tammy Bach
Tammy is a licensed aesthetician and medical assistant to Jolene Boswell. She continues her education and believes that successful skincare begins with knowledge. Trained in our skincare lines, laser hair removal, Exilis, and aesthetic treatments, she provides relaxing facials and body treatments. What you will find is amazing results that will help make you look your best, feel wonderful, and an escape from your everyday life.
Katie McNeil
Katie, the center’s licensed massage therapist, comes to us with over 10 years of experience in the field of bodywork. She has extensive training in many different healing modalities such as; deep tissue, hot stone, relaxation or Swedish, clinical therapeutic, lymphatic myofacial release, and is a Reiki II practitioner. Katie uses her wealth of knowledge and experience to incorporate multiple avenues of healing in order to create a uniquely personalized experience, based on the needs of each patient.
