Kybella

Liposuction
If you have a lot of fat on the underside of your chin that a non-surgical treatment cannot improve, liposuction surgery is another option. By inserting a thin, hollow tube called a cannula into the area between your chin and neck, Dr. Maguire can gently break up unwanted fat and remove it from your body. Liposuction should only be considered if your skin is firm, elastic and likely to “snap back” into place after surgery. Many people obtain significant skin tightening with the treatment.
Neck Lift
If the skin under your chin and on your neck isn’t firm and elastic, simply removing fat from the area will not give you the defined chin and neck that you desire. Instead, your neck may look saggy and droopy.
